POLICY & PROCEDURES

*Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment.

*If a client arrives late for the their appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you within the remaining time slot, but please note that the treatment may need to be shortened to avoid inconveniencing clients with appointment following yours.

*Nail Art Services: We always strive to provide the best possible experience and beautiful results for all our clients. Due to the intricate nature of the design you selected, there may be minor imperfections. Nail art, especially when detailed and complex, can sometime result in slight variations from the original design due to the natural differences in each nail's shape and size. However, we ensure that each set is unique and crafted with care, reflecting the personalized touch we put into every design.

*Group Reservations: For booking of 3 or more people, please contact our salon directly. We're happy to accommodate your group and ensure everyone has a great experience. To make reservation, call us at 714-964-4305. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time.

*Walk-Ins Welcome, But Not Guaranteed: We welcome walk-ins and will do our best to accommodate you. However, to ensure you get the service you want at your preferred time, we recommend booking an appointment in advance. Walk-in availability is based on our schedule for the day.

*We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests. Please speak softly and refrain from disruptive behavior that may disturb others. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest engaging in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.

*At Tracy Nails Spa, we take pride in delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our work, we have a NO-REFUND POLICY ON ALL SALON SERVICES. However, your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not fully happy with your service, please let us know within 48 hours of your initial appointment. We offer complimentary corrective services, which will be scheduled at the first available time within 5 days of your original appointment.
-Regular polish are not guaranteed, but we will touch up a chip within 24 hours of your service.
-We offer complimentary repairs for acrylic, gel, gel-x and dip powder manicures for seven days from the of your original service. To schedule a repair simply call our front desk and provide the name of the tech as well as the date of your original service.
